Flooring installation in Altea
Flooring, curtains and exterior shading for residential projects in Altea.
By appointment. At your project location.

Finished interiors and careful interfaces
For an Altea villa or apartment, consider how the new floor meets existing joinery, stairs and outdoor door thresholds. Skirting, profiles and transitions should be chosen alongside the main material.
Our residential gallery contains examples of floor finishes, and the curtain image from Mascarat shows made-to-measure window treatment work. These references help discuss style; your own project still needs measurements and a defined specification.
Flooring specified for the property
Choose the flooring system around the rooms, expected use and construction underneath it. Glue-down PVC / LVT, click systems and carpet have different requirements. Straight planks, herringbone and tile designs also need different setting-out and cutting allowances.
Review product documentation for the selected use and any underfloor heating or acoustic requirements. For apartments, sound performance concerns the complete floor assembly. We do not assume that one product or underlay is suitable for every substrate.
Assess the floor before agreeing preparation
An existing floor needs checking for soundness, moisture and flatness. A tiled surface, timber floor and new screed may require different preparation. The agreed scope records whether removal, repairs, priming or levelling are necessary.
Drying and curing requirements determine installation readiness. Door clearance, skirting and connections to bathrooms or terraces should be reviewed with final floor heights. Plans and photos support an initial discussion, but cannot settle every substrate question.
Curtains, screens and roller shutters
Made-to-measure curtains can be coordinated with the floor finish and wall colours. Final curtain measurements should reflect completed floor levels, rail positions and window openings. Living room daylight and bedroom darkening can be specified separately.
External screens and roller shutters are considered around orientation, glazing and façade details. Screens filter sunlight; shutters provide a more enclosed option. Confirm box and guide positions, mounting surfaces and any electrical provisions before ordering.
Arrange a site appointment and project proposal
For your project in Altea, send the address or area, plans, approximate floor area and preferred materials. Tell us whether the property is new, occupied or being renovated, and include the required completion dates.
Price depends on the chosen floor, layout, preparation, finishing and access. We work by appointment at the project location and agree the scope before ordering. For phased projects, include the number of properties and the proposed handover sequence.
Before we begin
Practical project questions.
What do you need for an initial project proposal?
Send plans, photographs, the location, approximate areas and the target programme. Include product preferences and existing specifications. The proposal is refined around a site assessment and an agreed scope.
Can you work around a phased programme?
Phased access and out-of-hours work can be discussed. Product availability, substrate condition, drying and curing requirements determine the practical sequence; a target date must be checked against these conditions.
Can flooring, curtains and shading be coordinated?
For residential and suitable commercial projects, these services can be included in one agreed package. Each service still needs its own measurements, specification and installation provisions.
Where do appointments take place?
We work by appointment at the project location. Spain is our main focus, alongside projects in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe. Tell us the exact location to discuss practical arrangements.
