One documented project combined preparation of an uneven tiled floor, fast-drying levelling and PVC installation within 12 hours. That result came from a specific material system and coordinated execution; every new programme needs its own assessment.

A floor specification starts with the room and its use. We consider appearance, foot traffic, cleaning, acoustics, substrate condition and the applicable technical requirements before selecting a product.
- PVC / LVT: plank and tile formats, with the installation system selected for the substrate and use.
- Sheet vinyl and linoleum: project-specific specification, preparation, joints and finishing.
- Carpet and carpet tiles: comfort, pattern alignment, seam planning and practical maintenance.
- Rubber and fitness flooring: the intended activities, available height and transition details determine the specification.
We work with a broad range of manufacturers. The options are not limited to one or two brands. Product documentation and suitability are checked for the intended project; a material name alone is never a technical specification.

Alongside floors, we supply and install made-to-measure curtains, window coverings and exterior shading, including screens, roller shutters and awnings. For new-build projects, we coordinate these finishes around measurements, construction progress and the agreed handover.
From the first plans to installation
- Share the location, drawings, approximate quantities and target dates.
- Discuss the materials, preparation and services required.
- Confirm measurements and site conditions at an appointment on location.
- Agree the proposal, practical sequence and finishing details.
We work by appointment at the project location. Dutch Project Flooring does not operate a showroom.
