Hotel flooring installation: rooms, corridors & public areas
Flooring installation for new hotel interiors and refurbishment projects, with room-by-room planning and attention to guest-facing details.
By appointment. At your project location.

Different hotel areas need different floors
Guest rooms, corridors, reception areas and restaurants have different traffic, acoustic and cleaning demands. A coordinated palette does not require one material everywhere. LVT, carpet and carpet tiles can be combined to suit the use of each space.
Review furniture movement, luggage routes, cleaning equipment and the required product documentation. Discuss wet areas separately. Suitability and slip performance must be established for the selected system and location.
Guest rooms and acoustic comfort
The floor forms part of the guest experience: walking comfort, surface appearance and sound all matter. Acoustic claims should be checked against the complete assembly and the project requirements. A soft surface alone does not resolve every sound transmission issue.
Curtains can be coordinated with the floor finish. Bedroom darkening, track positions and glazing interfaces should be planned together, with final curtain measurements aligned to completed floor levels.
Corridors and patterned carpet
Corridors make alignment and finishing particularly visible. Plan carpet repeats, seams, door thresholds and changes of material before ordering. Carpet tiles may simplify replacement in some areas; broadloom carpet may suit a continuous design.
Check connections to lifts, stairs and adjoining rooms. Keep the transition detail consistent and practical for wheeled luggage and cleaning equipment. Product-specific preparation and fixing guidance determines the installation method.
Phased refurbishment in working hotels
A working hotel needs a defined access plan. Agree which rooms or floors can be taken out of use, how material will be delivered and how completed areas will be protected. Installation dates should include preparation and curing time.
Out-of-hours work can be discussed where suitable. Noise, dust and access restrictions must be coordinated with the hotel team. A short work window cannot override the drying and readiness requirements of the selected flooring system.
Preparation, finishing and handover
Inspect the existing substrate and decide what needs removal, repair or levelling. Changes in floor height may affect doors, bathroom junctions and skirting. Record these interfaces as part of the installation scope.
Review completed rooms for seams, profiles, edges and material transitions. Supply the relevant product care guidance and discuss spare material for later repairs. See our commercial project gallery for examples of installed finishes.
Before we begin
Practical project questions.
What do you need for an initial project proposal?
Send plans, photographs, the location, approximate areas and the target programme. Include product preferences and existing specifications. The proposal is refined around a site assessment and an agreed scope.
Can you work around a phased programme?
Phased access and out-of-hours work can be discussed. Product availability, substrate condition, drying and curing requirements determine the practical sequence; a target date must be checked against these conditions.
Can flooring, curtains and shading be coordinated?
For residential and suitable commercial projects, these services can be included in one agreed package. Each service still needs its own measurements, specification and installation provisions.
Where do appointments take place?
We work by appointment at the project location. Spain is our main focus, alongside projects in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe. Tell us the exact location to discuss practical arrangements.
