Where we work · Project guide

Spain, the Netherlands & Europe.

Flooring, made-to-measure curtains and exterior shading, planned around your project. Spain is at the heart of our work; we also welcome enquiries for the Netherlands and other European destinations.

We work by appointment at the project location. Share your plans first, and we can discuss the scope, location and practical next steps together.

A project-led service

One approach. Different destinations.

Spain

New-build developments, homes, hotels and commercial interiors. The Costa Blanca is a key focus, with enquiries elsewhere in Spain assessed around the project scope and programme.

Early coordination helps bring flooring, curtains, screens and roller shutters into the same finishing plan, with measurements and site readiness considered before installation.

The Netherlands

We welcome enquiries for residential and commercial projects in the Netherlands. Tell us whether you need supply, installation or a coordinated package of interior finishes.

The location, scale and desired completion date help determine the proposed scope, delivery arrangements and installation planning.

Elsewhere in Europe

Planning a project outside Spain or the Netherlands? Send the destination and a short brief. We assess feasibility, transport, access and the required installation work before making commitments.

Availability, travel, logistics and project-specific requirements are agreed in the proposal. A country name alone does not define what your project needs.

Send your project brief

Complete finishing

Bring the materials together early.

Choose from a broad range of well-known and specialist manufacturers. The starting point is the space, its use, your design and your budget.

From first plans to handover

How a project starts.

  1. Share the brief. Send the location, drawings or photographs, approximate quantities and target dates.
  2. Define the scope. We discuss materials, services and any practical constraints. An on-site appointment is arranged when needed.
  3. Confirm the proposal. Product choices, preparation, delivery, installation and any travel or logistics costs are specified for your project.
  4. Coordinate the work. Measurements, site readiness, access and the agreed programme guide the installation and handover.

A useful first enquiry

What to send us.

A complete brief helps us give you a useful response. You do not need to have chosen every product yet.

  • Project address, country and type of building.
  • Plans, room dimensions and current photographs.
  • Required work: flooring, curtains, shading or a combination.
  • New build or refurbishment, including the current floor and access conditions.
  • Target start and completion dates, phasing and an indicative budget.
  • Any specification from the architect or project team.

Practical questions

Are these showroom or branch locations?

No. These are service areas. Dutch Project Flooring works by appointment on location; we do not present these destinations as showrooms or offices.

Can we start while I am abroad?

Yes. Send the plans and photographs with your enquiry. We can begin by discussing the brief remotely; final measurements and site conditions must be confirmed before the relevant work proceeds.

Can every product be used in every project?

No. We offer broad material and brand choices, but suitability depends on the room and specification. A restaurant dining room allows different choices from a healthcare treatment room or a professional kitchen.

Are transport and installation included?

The proposal states what is included. Delivery, preparation, installation, travel and any project-specific arrangements are discussed for the actual destination and scope.
