Commercial flooring projects & overnight bakery installation
Installed floors in hospitality and working interiors, including a bakery floor completed in a single overnight work window.
By appointment. At your project location.

The bakery: a new floor in one night
This project involved installation over an uneven tiled floor in an active bakery. Preparation, fast-drying levelling and PVC / LVT installation were completed within 12 hours, ready for business again.
The gallery includes the substrate, levelling work and completed floor. The result depended on a project-specific combination of preparation, materials and coordinated working. It is an example of specialist execution, not a standard deadline promised for every floor.
Commercial spaces with different demands
The existing gallery includes hotel rooms, corridors, hospitality interiors, carpet and LVT finishes. Each area has different requirements for traffic, cleaning, acoustics and maintenance. Material selection needs to reflect those conditions.
Use the images to compare details such as material transitions, patterned layouts and the relationship between hard floors and rugs. The technical specification is confirmed separately for the intended project.
Operational planning matters
For a working shop or hospitality building, agree which areas can be closed and how people and materials move around the work. Include removal, preparation and curing in the proposed work window.
Short programmes require a suitable substrate and compatible fast-track products where applicable. We assess these conditions before confirming what is achievable.
Discuss a similar project
Send plans, current floor photos, operating hours and the intended completion date. Identify fixed counters, furniture and access restrictions so the scope can be prepared around the actual premises.
We discuss preparation, product choice and finishing together. Curtains and window coverings can also form part of a coordinated interior package where required.

Before we begin
Practical project questions.
What do you need for an initial project proposal?
Send plans, photographs, the location, approximate areas and the target programme. Include product preferences and existing specifications. The proposal is refined around a site assessment and an agreed scope.
Can you work around a phased programme?
Phased access and out-of-hours work can be discussed. Product availability, substrate condition, drying and curing requirements determine the practical sequence; a target date must be checked against these conditions.
Can flooring, curtains and shading be coordinated?
For residential and suitable commercial projects, these services can be included in one agreed package. Each service still needs its own measurements, specification and installation provisions.
Where do appointments take place?
We work by appointment at the project location. Spain is our main focus, alongside projects in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe. Tell us the exact location to discuss practical arrangements.
