We arrange meetings at your project location. Spain is our primary focus, alongside the Netherlands and projects elsewhere in Europe. Tell us the location so we can discuss the practical arrangements.

You do not need every detail finalised before getting in touch. Share the information you have, and explain which parts of the finishing package you would like to discuss.

Plans and photographs can be sent by email. They help us prepare for the conversation; measurements and installation requirements can then be reviewed during an on-site appointment.

Prepare the first conversation

From your plans to a clear proposal.

For a new-build development, a unit schedule is useful: identify the property types, floor areas, glazing and services needed in each unit. For a renovation, include photographs of the existing floor and window openings. Tell us if the building is occupied or access is restricted.

The first discussion clarifies the scope and the information still needed. An on-site appointment can then assess substrates, measurements and installation provisions. Product choice, preparation, layout, access and finishing affect the proposal.

We confirm the agreed specification before orders and production. Installation dates are coordinated with product availability and site readiness. Made-to-measure curtains and shading need confirmed dimensions; floor work needs a suitable substrate and the relevant drying and curing time.

Dutch Project Flooring works by appointment at the project location. Spain is our primary market, including the Costa Blanca; projects in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe can also be discussed.
